    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant UGC-recognized degree, plus a postgraduate Masters degree or Associate Membership of a reputed Chartered Professional Institute, along with at least 17 years of managerial experience. Alternatively, Full (Fellow) membership in a reputed Chartered Professional Institute with at least 17 years of managerial experience.

  • Deputy General Manager (Technical) - HM 1:3


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Motor Engineering or a relevant UGC-recognized degree, plus Associate Membership of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka, registration as a Chartered Engineer with the Sri Lanka Engineers Council, and at least 17 years of managerial experience. Alternatively, Full (Fellow) membership of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka with at least 17 years of managerial experience.

  • Chief Internal Auditor - HM 1:1


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant UGC-recognized degree, plus a postgraduate Masters degree or Associate Membership of a reputed Chartered Professional Institute, along with at least 15 years of managerial experience. Alternatively, Full (Fellow) membership in a reputed Chartered Professional Institute with at least 15 years of managerial experience.

  • Assistant General Manager (Vehicle Fleet Maintenance) - HM 1:1


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Motor Vehicles Engineering Science or a relevant UGC-recognized degree, plus a postgraduate Masters degree or Associate Membership of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka, and at least 15 years of managerial experience. Alternatively, Full (Fellow) membership of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka, registration as a Chartered Engineer with the Sri Lanka Engineers Council, and at least 15 years of managerial experience.

  • Assistant General Manager (Procurement) - HM 1:1


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant UGC-recognized degree, plus a postgraduate Masters degree or Associate Membership of a reputed Chartered Professional Institute, along with at least 15 years of managerial experience. Alternatively, Full membership in a reputed Chartered Professional Institute with at least 15 years of managerial experience.

  • Manager (Maintenance) / Manager (Production) - MM 1:3


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Motor Vehicles, or Engineering Science recognized by the UGC, plus at least 4 years of relevant experience, Associate Membership of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka, and registration as a Chartered Engineer in the Sri Lanka Engineering Council. Alternatively, a Proficiency Certificate of not less than N.V.Q. Level 7 from a TVEC-recognized institute with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Manager (Civil Engineering) - MM 1:3


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Civil Engineering degree recognized by the UGC, plus at least 4 years of experience after obtaining the degree, Associate Membership of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka, and registration as a Chartered Engineer in the Sri Lanka Engineering Council. Alternatively, Associate Membership of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka registered as an Associate Engineer with the Sri Lanka Engineering Council, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Superintendent (Central Bus Office) - JM 1:1


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Business Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Transport and Supplies Management, or any other relevant degree recognized by the UGC.

  • Assistant Depot Superintendent (Maintenance) - MA 3


    • Education & Professional Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Motor Vehicles, Production Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a relevant UGC-recognized degree. Alternatively, a Proficiency Certificate of N.V.Q. Level 7 in a relevant field. Alternatively, N.V.Q. Level 6 with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, N.V.Q. Level 5 with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit

  • Applicants must be not more than 45 years old.

  • This upper age limit does not apply to applicants currently employed in the Government, Provincial Public Service, Government Corporations, or Statutory Institutions
