 1. Available Positions & Summary of Qualifications


  • Deputy Project Director (Engineering) - Category B (1 Vacancy)


    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field plus a Postgraduate Master’s Degree or Associate/Professional Membership, with at least 9 years of managerial experience (including 4 years at a senior managerial level); OR Corporate/Fellow membership with at least 7 years of managerial experience (3 years senior); OR Class I government officer status with a Master's/Professional qualification and 3 years in a Class I post.

  • Senior Sociologist - Category C (1 Vacancy)


    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree plus a Postgraduate Master’s Degree or Professional Membership, with at least 8 years of managerial-level experience; OR Class I government officer status with a Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Electrical Engineer - Category D (1 Vacancy across 3 Levels)


    • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent UGC-recognized qualification plus an Associate/Professional Membership, paired with 3 to 6 years of experience depending on the operational level; OR relevant government service (Class II/III or above) with 4 to 6 years of experience.

    • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus completion of Intermediate/Licentiate/Business/Corporate level professional examinations from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (or equivalent) with 6 years of post-qualifying experience; OR an Associate Professional Membership with 3 years of experience; OR a Class II/III government service officer with 6 years of experience.

  • Draughtsman - Category F (1 Vacancy)


    • Qualifications: Degree or NVQ Level 5, 6, or 7 certification from a TVEC-accepted technical/vocational training institute in the relevant field, along with 2 to 8 years of corresponding practical experience depending on the NVQ level.

  • Technical Officer - Category F (5 Vacancies)


    • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or NVQ Level 5, 6, or 7 certification in the relevant technical field issued by a TVEC-accepted institute, backed by 3 to 8 years of area specialization experience depending on the level.

  • KKS (Supporting Staff) (1 Vacancy)


    • Qualifications: Must have passed 6 subjects with at least 2 Credit passes at the G.C.E. (O/L) examination in not more than two sittings.


 2. General Experience & Prerequisites


  • General Prerequisites: Proficiency in English, familiarity with government regulations, and computer literacy are essential for all positions.

  • Contract Terms: Appointments are made on a contract basis for a period of one year, renewable up to the project duration based on performance. Experience in multi-storied apartment projects or government PMUs acts as an added advantage.
